Flooded Office in Maitland

This office building in Maitland was flooded during a storm due to insufficient roof repairs. The property manager noticed the damage as soon as she entered the property the next morning. A total of 7 offices had carpets that were soaked, as well as most of the connecting hallways. The water also reached three bathrooms with tiles. Water extraction began immediately while an extra technician checked all areas for moisture and removed the appropriate baseboards. The photo above shows the wet bathroom before and dry after. The tubes shown in the after shot that go into the sink are connected to dehumidifiers that extract moisture around the property and release them into the drain.
