Water Sewage Backup in Winter Park

Heavy rain in Winter Park during a storm caused a sewage back up in the bathroom of this home. The owners called us and provided us with all the available information beforehand. Our technician was dispatched and arrived shortly to survey the scene and get started. Normally, with a clean water job, we would just simply extract the water and set our equipment to help dry the area that was affected. Because we were dealing with sewage, we had to take extra safety precautions and disinfect the entire area as well to avoid further contamination and protect ourselves and the home's inhabitants from potentially harmful bacteria.
