Casselberry Residential Fire Restoration

This living room in Casselberry caught fire after a fireplace accident and we were called by the home owner's insurance claim adjuster a few days after first responders had already extinguished the flames. Our first course of action to start the restoration was to find hidden moisture left behind by the firefighters and dry completely. After drying. we performed a tear out of all unsalvageable materials and discarded the contents. A subcontracted reconstruction company we work closely with was the called in to rebuild the areas of the living room that could not be saved. The owner was looking for a slightly different look going forward and was happy with the end results!
